Prospect Heights Shul Kiddush Sponsorship

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring a PHS kiddush.  Please email kiddush@prospectheightsshul.org if you have any questions.

Please look below the form to see a list of upcoming kiddush dates and current sponsorship status.  We will accept co-sponsors if more than one party wishes to sponsor on a given date. Details will be discussed with coordinator. 

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Please submit this form at least one week in advance of the kiddush. If it is less than one week in advance, please email kiddush@prospectheightsshul.org to see if your request can be accommodated BEFORE submitting the form.
