The Prospect Heights Shul relies on the revenues from High Holiday Day tickets and the Yom Kippur Appeal funds to cover the costs of hosting large and inclusive services (space, prayer leaders, kiddush, break fast, etc.) and to cover a significant portion of our yearly operating costs. If you are able, we ask that you please contribute generously. Thank you so very much. Please contact info@prospectheightsshul.org with any questions.

PHS Yizkor Book
The yizkor booklet is a way to honor and remember the loved ones of members of the PHS community who have passed away. It is a permanent record of their lives and contributions, and it can help to keep their memories alive for future generations. Participating in the booklet is a way to connect with other members of the PHS community who have also lost loved ones.

The Yom Kippur appeal is our annual fundraising campaign. Contributions support PHS’s wonderful programs throughout the year and are tax-deductible.

A rabbinic discretionary fund, managed by Rabbi Leener, serves as a charitable resource aimed at providing financial assistance to individuals or families experiencing unexpected hardships or in need of support during crises. In addition, this fund extends its support to various functions and activities within the shul, aiming to enhance the spiritual, educational, and social aspects of PHS
