Wednesday, April 6, 2022 • 5 Nisan 5782
7:30 PM - 9:30 PM1027 Pacific StreetLearn to make Sushi with this interactive workshop, where every participant works at their own sushi mat station to make maki (roll) sushi in real time along with the instructor, Simon Feil, from Sushi By Simon. All participants eat what they make and socialize during the event, culminating in an "all you can roll" freestyle section at the end, where participants are free to make whatever creations they can imagine, while working with others in the room, with guidance as needed. The workshop is peppered with entertaining trivia and history and is lots of fun in addition to being educational and filling. Participants will receive sushi rolling mats that are yours to keep. This event will last about 1.5-2.5 hours and take place @1027. This is FREE on a first come first serve basis for a maximum of 20 people. Participants will receive a prep sheet and will need to bring your own knives, cutting boards and food items to use (avocado, cucumber etc. Please inquire for guidance if you want to bring fish). Simon will provide sushi rice.
